i have 3 monitors. i don't like having to click the arrow then click the monitor # (2 clicks). is there any way to be able to just click one time somewhere and have the active window move to the next monitor? (maybe some kind of script or shortcut or other "hack"?)

Not via a window button, but you could do this with a Move Window hotkey (UltraMon Options > Hotkeys).
This is something I'm going to look into for a later 3.0 beta release.
