Almost sure this happens just after I close IE 7.0 with multiple tabs open, running the Google and NewsGator tool bars. (Of course, not _every_ time I close IE)

I also have this problem running vista x86 with one smart taskbar on monitor 2. Restarting ultramon temporarily fixes the problem. Thank you for addressing this in the next release.

I have the same error message.
Memory on my XP box is 177MB free on 2046MB.

I also have this message when closing IE7 with multiple tabs on my alternate monitor. I have disabled the message in IE that warns you about closing multiple tabs at once.
