I have four monitors with the taskbar and Smart Taskbars on the top, and currently a standard Vista "folder toolbar" of the Quick Launch folder on the bottom of monitor two. I've installed and added the newest version of True Launch Bar to the Smart Taskbar, and it works well, but I want True Launch Bar on a seperate taskbar on the second monitor. So all I want is an empty taskbar in which to put TLB, and the option to place the empty second taskbar on the bottom of the screen.
Because Vista cripples the taskbar I need a third party solution for this.

Thanks for the suggestion, will be considered for a later release.
This should still work with Vista though:
1) create a shortcut to a folder on the desktop
2) drag the shortcut to a screen edge and drop it there
3) right-click the toolbar and add the toolbar you want to use
4) close the folder toolbar if you don't want to use it

Hi, thanks for considering it.
I actually did follow those steps to get the Quick Launch on the second monitor, the problem is that it's gray and not black like the taskbars, to match my Aero theme.
