I'm having loads of problems adding a PCI card to my Vista machine for a third VGA output. The motherboard is an ASUS M2NPV-VM and I can only get one or the other to output by selecting them as the primary in the bios. With one selected in the bios Vista reports the other as an unsupported card.

Are both cards ATI or nVidia? Per http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/device/display/multimonVista.mspx, multiple video cards must use the same graphics driver to work in Vista.

I'm not using Vista but I do have an AGP and a PCI video card installed in my Win XP system. The APG is a nVidia FX5200; the PCI, nVidia GeForce4 MX440. They use the same driver. Such a situation is what you need with Vista.
