When I open Navicat (with ultramon running with smart taskbar on monitor #2), I get two buttons on my taskbar (windows, not smart, on monitor #1).
If I close Ultramon and try it I only get one button, which is obviously the desired behaviour.

Also, I have my smart taskbar set to hide, and if a MSN window on that screen gets a message, the taskbar remains hidden, instead of popping to attention as it should.
I'm using Ultramon 3 beta 1 on XP Pro (32bit).
