Hi, to set up two monitors on one PC do I need only one graphics card? And then plug the primary monitor into the motherboaard and the second monitor into the graphics card? I am just learning at this, but from what I have read I think that is the way to go about it. Thanks, Darren

If the video card is AGP that is 99% guaranteed to NOT work, since AGP video cards almost always override the onboard video. If the video card is PCI or PCIe, then it might work with the onboard. The best bet is to use an ordinary dual-out video card, since most cards these days have dual outs.
