I want to have three vga projectors play back a discrete fullscreen video on each that are synced. It is for a video installation that will continually loop and be on for long periods of time. I am confused about how the video software and video cards work for this. Do you have any recommendations?

If you want the same video on each, use a splitter (active or passive) to feed the same signal to all 3.
