So, I brought my computer over to a lan party recently where I was only running one monitor. Now after I brought it back home I have it hooked up to two monitors again. The problem is that each window appears on the wrong task bar. Everything that I have up on the right window appears on the left (Main) task bar. To fix this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and adjust the 'Show Tasks from' setting so that the taskbar only shows tasks from the monitor it is on.

Ah, sweet. I've been playing around with it for hours, didn't think to actually click on the Smart Task bar.
But thanks again Christian. You've been a great guy as long as I've owned your software.
