I have a 2 monitor setup.
The problem is that the taskbar on the 2nd monitor is shown vertical on the left side of the screen.
It is not posible to drag the taskbar even though tile "Lock Taskbar" option is unmarked.
I have installed UltraMon on 50 systems like the like this, but have never seen the problem before.
System info:
Matrox G550 PCI dualhead 2x LowProfile
2X HP L1940T
Windows XP SP2
Ultramon 2.7.1 (2.7.1.0)

hi
try right clicking on the vertical taskbar
then postion
then bottom
THAT MIGHT WORK

You'll need to grab the bottom corner of the taskbar to move it to a different screen edge.
The option mentioned by Nick is only available in version 3.
