The beta-3 version supports adding the Address, Windows Media Player, and Links toolbars, but no others. Is it possible to write a script to make it support the Quick Launch Toolbar, and arbitrary user created toolbars? I don't see anything that looks like it can do this in the sdk, but just thought I'd ask.

That's not supported, the problem is that the standard folder toolbar (Quick Launch, Desktop, custom toolbars) doesn't work with UltraMon. Most other Microsoft toolbars also won't work with UltraMon.
You could use True Launch Bar as a replacement for Quick Launch, this works fine with UltraMon.
