I'm reporting a different issue from this thread. I use a tiny little app called "Stickies" for post-it notes on my desktop. I usually have it running on my second monitor. It is NOT supposed to show up in the taskbar (just the notes on the Desktop are supposed to be displayed), but occasionally the individual notes DO show up on the UltraMon taskbar. I have to close Stickies and restart it in order to fix the problem and make them go away.
