I wish to set up my (windows xp) pc with two monitors using two adapters, 1 screen to use with input from mouse and keybord (ps2) and 1 screen with graphics tablet with pen and mouse on usb. Is it possible to have two users using both at the same time ?

We've discussed multi-user single-computer environments in this forum before. I'd suggest reading those old threads as a starting point, and let us know your results.
