Nowadays, burn-in is a a real issue only with plasma screens. If you are using an LCD, burn-in cannot happen. If you use a recent quality plasma screen, chances are that the monitor itself can be configured to shift the picture at intervals.
If you use plasmas 24/7 you already know that they need to be replaced after a year or so anyway, so may as well decide not to care about the burn-in.
