I'd like to run a PVR/DVD/video application such as GBPVR in fullscreen on monitor 2 upon startup. (fullscreen = alt+enter).
UltraMon does not support this. I believe it is possible?

That said, I just noticed that gbpvr supports launching itself in a full screen! So success for me has been granted through mighty excellence.

If the application has a command line switch to enter fullscreen mode, you could also launch it in fullscreen mode via an UltraMon shortcut.
But usually UltraMon can't position fullscreen windows, so the application would probably go fullscreen on the primary monitor.
