My PC has on-board video card (NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU) shows to be on PCI bus2, device 0, function 0.. I tried buying an ATI Rage Pro PCI card, but that didnt work.. Should I try a AGP card now?
Thanks in advance..

Why did you buy a PCI card when you have an AGP slot? Do you now know that AGP is designed specifically for video, for better video performance, than PCI?
Whether you go with PCI or AGP, you may need to access your BIOS settings and disable onboard video or change some other setting pertaining to video.

Did you set the add-in card as primary in BIOS? I know the old Rage pro has to be primary in BIOS. If you do get an AGP card, get one with dual outs (very common these days), then you don't have to worry about using the onboard with it (onboard rarely works with AGP anyway).
