So I want to have 3 monitors(+tv) with Nvidia 8800GTS and 8500GT. I would like to play with one monitor using the power of 8800GTS and use multiple monitors for basic use and while playing poker. I have installed the cards but Windows Xp doesn't recognize the 8500GT. I have Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI motherboard and the 8500GT is in the second pci-e 16x slot. Should I plug the card physically in sli-mode and disable it in the drivers? The Abit manual says: "There will be no video output in the Normal Mode for one PCIE graphics card installation into [PCIEXP2] (Slave) slot."
Any suggestion how to get it to work?
