Using Win XP Pro, Radeon7200 card with VGA and S Video connection + 2 RCA Comp In and Comp Out.
TV is LCD HDTV (Polaroid 27") with multiple inputs. Have connected the S Video to TV and Video card but neither in Display Properties/Settings as well as UltraMon - none show up 2 monitors to activate the new TV S Vid input???...pulling out my hair!

Did you power up the computer with the S-Video attached? Often the display device has to be attached before booting the computer to be seen.
