Would this 3 display setup work, would i need a special drivers or mainboard?
Or is it a better idea to just rely on one type of gpu?
1 x 2560x1600 on NVIDIA 8800 (PCIex16,DVI-D Dual Link)
2 x 1680x1050 on Matrox Millennium P650 (PCI,DVI-I)
on Windows 2003

That should work, especially since you aren't running Vista. You shouldn't need anything special.
