Anyway to switch the taskbar "Start" or even the system tray, or best will be the whole task bar to the SECONDARY monitor?
Clone will be fine too.
Any way?

UltraMon doesn't support this, but you could move the main taskbar to the other monitor manually.
To do this make sure the taskbar isn't locked, then grab a free area with the mouse and drag it to the other monitor.
