What happens if you restart UltraMon?
To do this, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, select Close from the menu, then start UltraMon again via the shortcut in Start Menu > Programs.

I tried restarting ultramon. still the same problem. >.<

Please try resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration as described here.
