hi,
i just purchased a 2nd widescreen monitor and plugged it into the VGA plug labelled #2 off my All in Wonder 9600 card. I am trying to set up a dual monitor display.
I installed the latest catalyst control center and drivers. I am getting a signal to the first monitor, but can't get any signal from the 2nd and was wondering if you can help figure out what might be wrong. I have configured catalyst to enable the 2nd monitor, but still not getting anything.
I know the monitor is working because I've switched the vga plugs and gotten a signal. I've checked properties--->display and "extend my desktop" is enabled. Just wondering if there might be some software problem that I'm not aware of or maybe there might be some diagnostic steps I should be taking.
if anyone has any advice or ran into a similar problem, please help!!
