I have 3 monitors and originally posted that there was a second toolbar above my main toolbar on my primary monitor and no toolbar on monitor 3. Now after rebooting I have the following:
1. there is a toolbar a few inches above the main toolbar on my primary monitor.
2. The toolbar on monitor 2 is a few inches above the bottom of the screen.
3. There is no toolbar on monitor 3.
All my settings are correct from what I can tell. I'd appreciate any advice.
