I started up my comp and both monitors do not have wallpaper. The icons are there and everything else works fine. When I go to the display properties and click on the desktop tab, the background choices are not available. When I try to use my Ultramon to insert wallpapers, it does not work. I tried to do a system restore but it says "nothing to restore".
How do I get my desktop background to activate??

Most likely the option to change the wallpaper has been disabled via group policy by your network administrator.
You would need to ask the administrator to change the policy, UltraMon can't override this.
