I finally got 3.0 beta to work in vista but I still cant have programs open up on a particular monitor. I have tried closing on a certain monitor to have it reopen there but it still doesnt work. I have tried going to properties of the icon but there is no ultramon-window selection. I have another computer running vista and ultramon and I can get things to open where i want, but not on this computer which is identical.
Please help!

If you go to UltraMon Options > Profiles and Shortcuts, is 'enable shortcut extensions' checked?
