are you sure that the video card is good?
try running the pc with only the 7300 to see if it'll work right. if it works, you could try installing drivers with only that card in the pc.
i had a 7600 when i installed vista, and later upgraded to an 8800, now, if i put both cards in the pc, they both will work. so maybe its because they were both installed when the other wasn't present.
