Unfortunately, at my work, our default theme is "modified" which looks like typical Windows 2000 but I'm running Windows XP Professional (32 bit).
I promptly change it to Windows XP theme as one of the apps I need cannot work under a modified theme and I prefer that visually for an alternative.
When I have windows already open before I change the theme, the buttons are crushed to about half their normal size with the right one overlapping the minimize button.
I forget what version I'm running (I'm at home). I registered back in August and haven't upgraded since the initial download.
Has anyone ever come across this issue? Has it ever been resolved?

Please try if restarting UltraMon fixes the problem.
To do this, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Close from the menu, then start UltraMon again via the shortcut in Start Menu > Programs.

That does fix the issue. Also, closing ALL instances of the problematic app (ie: Windows Explorer, DOS prompt, etc) fixes the issue.
I was hoping you might be able to resolve the issue in a future release to keep me from having to restart UltraMon.

Switching from classic to Windows XP style works fine for me with 3.0 Beta 2 on Windows XP, but under some circumstances UltraMon can't handle theme changes correctly without a restart, for example when changing between Aero and Vista Basic on Windows Vista.

If you have a command prompt open and swap, it still works fine on the old command prompt?
If so, maybe it's time I upgrade. I'm running UltraMon v2.7.1.0.

Works fine for me even with a command prompt or DOS app running.
