Very low importance, and I mean in the history of all things reported this is not major... I click on the taskbar items themselves to minimize/restore. In Beta 1, secondary taskbars would not always allow a click to minimize - restore would always work.
In Beta 2, the minimize seems to always work and the Vista Aero effect of sliding and fading away is working the same on Ultramon taskbars as the Main taskbar. Restore is not the same at all. The window is popped up instantly.
Also, the "move to other monitor" icon (nicely skinned) is appearing (for me) way in advance of the window restoring to size. Quite the opposite for me as other people - performance has not been an issue.
I hope this is helpful/useful/interesting information. I lead a team that writes applications for home theater controllers, so this is what I send to them when I beta in my theater.

Thanks for the feedback. Currently I don't see a fix for the issue with the buttons appearing before the window, but I'm going to look into support for minimize/restore animation (not sure though if this can be done).
