I have beeen running a VisionTek Radeon 2600 Pro with Dual DVI-Dual Link to (2) Samsung SyncMaster 214T's with no video or mouse problems.
Tonight I swappped one of the Samsung SyncMaster 214T's for a new 30 inch Gateway running at 2560 X 1600 as well as the other Samsung SyncMaster 214T at 1280 X 1024.
My problem is that the mouse will not travel to Monitor 2 as it did earlier today.
What am I doing wrong?

Updating the monitor arrangement via Display Properties > Settings should fix the problem, the monitors need to be arranged the same way as they are on your desk.
