Hello,
I have a 7800GTX and want to use an old TNT2 to add a third monitor. I tried installing a separate driver for the TNT2, but it overwrote my current driver for my 7800GTX, as far as I could tell anyway. I then tried modifying the INF on the 169.21 driver to get it to install for the TNT2, and that made Windows recognize it as an acceptable driver, but it then it errored out saying the driver was written for a previous version of Windows.
Is there any way I could make this work or am I going to have to get a newer card that the latest drivers officially support? Is my card just too old?
I have XP and I read a thread here about Vista forcing the same driver to be used for two different cards which makes me think it's possible in XP, but I can't get it working.
