hi, i just found this card in a very old system that i got off a friend (200mhz P1) and i was wondering if anyone had drivers, or can get them for this card to work under XP

You shouldn't need drivers, but you probably will have to set the card as primary in BIOS for it to work. Don't expect much from that card.
