The monitors are 50' - 120' apart. Is this something that I would run cables for the monitors? Some other way to do it?

Hook up old computers to each monitor, then use something like MaxiVista to mirror the display onto the other computers.

See Naples Technolgoy - They have a Digital Signage Server that will run different PP presentations on 12 monitors or less...
