I am running windows XP and using ultramon. Almost any application I open comes up on the non-primary monitor. It can be a problem when i am using full screen video overlays and related settings. I move every window to the primary after its open but it still pops back up on the secondary after i close it. How can i get them to default to opening on my primary monitor? I have been looking through the forums but have not found anything that has worked.
