Apparently, it enables you to re-arrange the programs on the task bar.

This would be a great feature for UltraMon, as I'd like to keep a few programs in a fixed position on the taskbar - and they can get out of position if I drag one to another monitor and then back.

Taskbar Shuffle v2.5 has just been released and now supports UltraMon taskbars! You'll need UltraMon v3.0 or later. You can get Taskbar Shuffle from here:
