1) Is there any way to make the taskbar on the 2nd monitor always be on top? When I maximized apps on that monitor they cover the taskbar up.
2) I run a double sized taksbar on my main monitor, is there anyway to make the second taskbar double sized as well?

UltraMon 3 will use the same settings as the main taskbar, you would need to make the main taskbar always on top as well.
To resize the UltraMon taskbar, first unlock the main taskbar, then drag the UltraMon taskbar's border to resize it.
