When UltraMon is running, the Windows Command Prompt has SEVERE problems. The problems go away after I stop UltraMon.
1) I cannot find any way to make Copy/Paste or Find work!!!
2) When I right-click inside the window, sometimes the context menu appears, sometimes it doesn't.
3) When I select (by right-clicking on the Title Bar) "Properties -> Edit -> Mark" the cursor moves up to the upper-left inside the window, and then nothing else happens. I cannot drag on the window to select.
4) When I select (by right-clicking on the Title Bar) Properties -> Edit -> Find.. the Find Dialog is displayed, but nothing on it works!!! None of the buttons does anything. I cannot even cancel the Dialog. After I STOP UltraMon, the Cancel button works.

I can't reproduce this issue, works fine for me on XP SP2 with UltraMon 3.0.2.
Are you using any custom settings for the command prompt, or a third-party command processor?
Does the problem go away if you disable UltraMon window buttons for the command prompt via UltraMon Options > Compatibility?

Things *do* work again after I: - disable window buttons - disable menu commands
Thanks for the suggestion!
In case you want to try to reproduce, I'm using the standard Win XP Command Prompt with these settings...
Options: - Cursor Size: Large - Display Options: - Window - Buffer Size: 50 - Number of Buffers: 4 - Discard Old Duplicates - Edit Options: - Quick Edit Mode - Insert Mode Font: - Size: 12 - Lucida Console Layout: - Screen Buffer Size: w=120, h=2000 - Window Size: w=120, h=50 - Window Position: - Let system position Colors: - Screen Text: 0, 0, 80 - Screen Background: 255, 255, 218 - Popup Text: 128, 0, 128 - Popup Background: 255, 255, 255
I tried all combinations of "Quick Edit" and "Insert Mode" and it didn't make any difference.

I have now tested with your edit options as well, but haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
Unfortunately I don't know what might cause this, let me know if you find out anything else.
