Is Ultramon compatible with Taskbar Shuffle on the second monitor's taskbar or has similar functionality? Rearranging the order of the windows is a must for me and helps keep things organized. That would certainly persuade me to purchase this product.

The author of Taskbar Shuffle is working on support for UltraMon, UltraMon itself doesn't support task reordering.

Taskbar Shuffle v2.5 has just been released and now supports UltraMon taskbars! You'll need UltraMon v3.0 or later. You can get Taskbar Shuffle from here:
