Setup
1st: GeForce 2 GTS 32Mb
2nd: TNT2 32Mb
OS: Windows XP
RAM: 512Mb
Drivers: 21.88
I seem to have this setup okay, but there seems to be very poor or non-existent acceleration on my second display. It's only running at 800x600 and if I try and maximise a video (AVI, RealMedia, etc...) then the CPU usage shoots up to 100% and the system becomes very unresponsive. Playing the video at normal size isn't too bad, but I really wanna be able to watch a movie fullscreen.
Don't know if this is related but I have a USB Hauppauge TV add-on. When I first set up multi-monitoring I'm sure I had the TV display working (a little buggy, but working) on the second display. Now it doesn't display anything... just a black box.
This sounds like an overlay issue but I don't know what I've done to "break" it.
Anyone got any ideas at all? How is people's performance on the 2nd card/display in general?
Any info much appreciated.
