In certain programs (two relatively unknown programs I use -- NoteTab 4.95 and Ensign Chat), popup windows (such as the "Find" dialog) are sent beneath the program's main window.
The only way I can access them is by moving the main window to the second monitor.
Any suggestions?

Might be due to the UltraMon window buttons if you're using the 3.0 beta, I've seen this with Toad for Oracle.
I'm going to look into this for the next release, as a workaround you could disable the window buttons for those applications via UltraMon Options > Compatibility.
