When I play any video in the primary screen, laptop, it plays in full screen on monitor 2. I don't want it to play anywhere but in the primary screen in the window. If I want it full screen I want to be able to pull it over to screen 2 and maximize...

This happens if the video card's video mirroring feature is enabled, see the FAQ for more on this.
