Occasionally, I'm focussing a window with a click to the top bar, and it will jump to the other monitor.
using 3.0.2 beta 2.1 with XP pro

I'm not sure what would cause this, also haven't seen this myself so far. Does the problem go away if you close UltraMon?
You could also test if disabling the window buttons or menu commands, under UltraMon Options > Buttons and Menu Commands, fixes the problem.
