I haven't tested with XP SP3 yet, also haven't had any reports of issues with SP3.

No problems here on XP SP3. Seems to be working exactly the same as in SP2.
The only small (but annoying) bug I encounter when my comp has just booted up, is that the Smart Taskbar "floats" above my windows/desktop. Newly opened windows are partly covered by it. I need to restart the Smart Taskbar for it to work properly.

Maybe it's a timing issue, you could try if delaying UltraMon startup fixes the problem.
To do this, run regedit.exe, go to the key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>', double-click on the AutoStartDelay value, select Decimal, then enter the number of seconds by which automatic startup should be delayed.
For UltraMon 2, the key is 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon'.

I'm having problems with trying to flip my second monitor 90 degrees so I can view a document in full portrait mode. In SP2, there were no issues. When I recently upgraded to SP3, it crashes my computer when I try to rotate the the one screen. Any solution for this? Thanks.
Thank you, Tim

Sounds like a display driver issue, I would recommend getting the latest drivers for your video card. To verify that the issue isn't related to UltraMon, try if you still have the problem without UltraMon installed.
