I can set up different screensavers for each of my two monitors, on Vista Home Premium with an NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT display adpater.
The Preview button makes them both test perfectly. If I right click the desktop and choose Personalize, Screensaver, the screensaver is correctly shown as Ultramon and the Preview button makes them both work. So the setup is fine.
But, after the set period, the screensaver kicks in and only the primary monitor shows the screensaver. The other monitor is blank.
Can you help, please?

Are you using the Photos screen saver included with Vista?

Yes I am. The Photos screensaver does not appear whether it is set for the primary or secondary monitor. Your spot on reply suggests that this particular screensaver will not work.
So I tried a couple of others and they work OK with the other choice, 3D Text. Is there any way to make the Photos screensaver work for one monitor while 3D Text is on the other?

Unfortunately no, the Photos screen saver from Vista isn't compatible with UltraMon. I'm going to look into this for a later release, but most likely it's not something that can be fixed in UltraMon.

I have discovered the Vista Photos screensaver problem mentioned here and in other posts - however, I see slightly different behaviour. You mention in this post that (a) preview for Photos screensaver works - it doesn't for me - I just get a blank screen on the 2nd monitor and (b) you mention that other screensavers do work on the second monitor - I've tried Aurora and 3D Text and neither works - again I get a blank screen. Any thoughts on why I'm getting different behaviour?

What's your configuration, and is the 'preview mode' option checked for the screen saver assigned to the primary monitor?
Aurora and 3D Text work fine for me, I tested on 64-bit Vista with UltraMon 3.0.2, Aurora assigned to the primary with preview mode checked, and 3D Text and Mystify assigned to the secondary monitors.
