I have 1 PCI-E slot and I have my Radeon X1600 in it. Can you guys recommend me a regular pci card I can use to get 4 monitors?

Both of those links are the same, and only show 2 of the 47 PCI cards at NewEgg.
Try this link.
If that doesn't work either, then just go to NewEgg and search for PCI video cards, and hopefully you will find all 47.
