Hi, I set up a dual monitor display.. I use the display with the windows taskbar as the secondary because I need to use the other monitor to view videos... When I launch a program, everything, it opens on the primary display (the one I use for video playback, not the one with windows taskbar...)... There is any way to open apps by default on the secondary display, the one with the windows start-menu bar?
I use a NVidia GeForce 7300GT with latest Forceware drivers and Ultramon 3.0beta.

UltraMon doesn't support this, but if you're using Windows XP, the Nvidia software should have support for this.
