If Firefox is minimized by clicking on the (already selected) tile on the task bar (as opposed to right-clicking on it and selecting "Minimize"), whichever application previously had the focus (before Firefox got focus) will acquire a flashing taskbar tile. This behavior is limited to Firefox on my system. I am running XP sp3.

So far I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.
I tested with UltraMon 3.0.2 on XP SP3, with Firefox and IE7 on a monitor with an UltraMon taskbar (no other applications open). Clicking the task button for Firefox minimized the application, but didn't cause the task button for IE7 to flash.

I can reproduce this with Ultramon 2.7.1 and XP SP3
