I have Ultramon 2.7.1, and up until yesterday it worked fine. Last night before I went to bed, I installed Security Update for Windows XP (KB951376) and shutdown the machine. This morning when I started the machine, Ultramon started, but the Smart Task bar did not.
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling; repairing ultramon; disable/enabling the Smart Task bar, but nothing brings back the task bar on the second monitor.
I have both monitors hooked up to an 8800GTS. These are monitors 1 and 3. I have another GTS (presumably monitors 2 and 4), the third monitor is currently on the way.
The ONLY thing that changed from when it worked to when it didn't was the installation of that security update. I tried uninstalling it but that didn't solve the problem either.
Can anyone offer any advice on what to check next?

I forgot to note - other than the task bar missing from the second monitor, the rest of Ultramon is working fine. Background images, button to switch windows between monitors and max to full display is working fine.

Please try if resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration fixes the problem, see Smart Taskbar: missing taskbar or taskbar shows tasks from wrong monitor for more information on doing this.
