Sorry, I'm too thick to figure this out apparently. Default Vista wallpaper screen doesn't show anything about 2nd screen and the UltraMon icon does nothing when clicked, though it's running the second taskbar and all that just fine.

To configure the wallpaper, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Wallpaper from the menu.
