I just ditched the Appian version 1.02 drivers in favor of the 3DLabs Permiedia 3 Create drivers.
Small difference, but DirectX and all Direct Draw apps are now working correctly. (Sometimes with the Appian Version drivers you would not see the video in video clips unless you moved the window slightly. Bleck...
