Is there a possibility that we can get the Taskbar Shuffle feature for the Ultramon Taskbar?
To Taskbar Shuffle's website!
Basically, you can open any program, then you can GRAB the taskbar item and move it around to order them the way you want.
I have been so used to being able to do this, that I really feel "lost" without it!

Get the latest of each app, they work with each other now:
Ultramon: 3.0.2 (3.0 Beta 2.1)
Taskbar Shuffle: 2.5

Is there something in UltraMon that prevents Taskbar shuffle's "middle-click" to close feature from not working?

That should work fine as far as I know, I would recommend contacting the Taskbar Shuffle author.
