I just found out this morning that if I select the option "to fit" for Resize mode in UltraMon 2.7.1.0, the Move Window button I display on my windows fails to work. As soon as I reset Resize mode to "proportional" the button works again. I should be able to move windows between monitors no matter which Resize mode I select.

I'm not sure what would cause this, works fine for me with 2.7.1 on Windows XP SP3.
What's your monitor configuration? You can copy the configuration information from UltraMon menu > About.
